Our team
A young team that loves what they do: physics
Miruna Cretu
Summer studentMiruna is a Chemistry undergraduate student at Imperial College London, dedicated to studying molecular physics in her own time. Her current focus is integrating machine learning algorithms in physical systems and working with data.
Xiangyue Liu
PhD candidateXiangyue is a highly motivated Ph.D. student with devotion to computational physics. In particular, she is interested in the application of machine learning techniques to molecular systems and materials to make predictions for different molecular and material properties. To this end, she is developing a database for diatomic molecules relevant to ultracold physics and molecular spectroscopy.
Dr. Marjan Mirahmadi
PostdocMarjan is always fascinated by the beauty of the relation between physical phenomena and mathematical concepts in abstract algebra, group theory, topology, and functional analysis. During recent years, she learned more about the physics dominating the world of atoms and molecules, their reactions and their interactions with light. All these makes her very interested to study different phenomena emerging in this fast evolving branch of physics, via analytical as well as computational approaches, with the help of related mathematical concepts.
