Representation of Employees with Disabilities

The Representative of Employees with Disabilities promote inclusion within the institute, represent the interests of staff with disabilities, and provide help and support where necessary. They represent all staff who are registered disabled or have equivalent status (are “gleichgestellt”).

Central Representation of Employees with Disabilities

The Central Representation of Employees with Disabilities is a statutory body of the Works Constitution with its own rights and obligations. It is elected by the representatives of the employees with disabilities of the individual institutes.
