per day (1 to 10): 55,00 €, plus 7 % VAT, plus 7.5 Berlin City Tax.

Final Cleaning Charge:
Fixed amount 140,00 Euro (plus tax) at the end of the rental period.

Berlin City Tax:
Since 2024 Berlin City tax has been charged.This must be paid in cash at the reception on departure.

Rental Deposit:
If you stay longer than 2 months, the total price may differ from the above mentioned one
and we'll have to charge a rental deposit (between 700,00-1300,00 Euro) depending on the
apartment size.

Max. Renting Period:
6 months.
